Abstract

Nowhere is this more evident than in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, where Yangon serves as the economic hub and largest metropolitan area. However, this rapid expansion has often outpaced regulatory enforcement and infrastructure development, leading to significant safety vulnerabilities. In this high-density environment, the role of emergency responders is paramount. The effectiveness of a city’s response to disasters largely hinges on the competency of its Firefighter corps.
