Industrial Engineering, defined as the branch of engineering concerned with optimizing complex processes or systems, has emerged as a pivotal discipline in Malaysia’s journey toward becoming a high-income nation. Nowhere is this necessity more pronounced than in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, the capital city that acts as the nerve center for both administrative governance and industrial activity.

The rapid industrialization of Malaysia over the past three decades has necessitated a shift from labor-intensive manufacturing to technology-driven production.
