Abstract

The maritime industry stands as one of the most vital sectors of the global economy, facilitating approximately 80% of international trade by volume. For a nation such as Egypt, which is geographically blessed by its control over a significant portion of the Suez Canal, maritime engineering is not merely an industrial sector but a cornerstone of national security and economic stability. Within this context, Egypt Cairo serves as more than just the political capital; it represents the intellectual and administrative heart of Egypt’s maritime ambitions.
