By utilizing a mixed-methods approach involving surveys from 500 local tech professionals and semi-structured interviews with industry leaders, we identify key trends in skill acquisition, remote collaboration, and entrepreneurial activity. The findings suggest that Software Engineers in Italy Naples are increasingly acting as catalysts for digital transformation in traditional industries, bridging the gap between historical cultural assets and modern digital infrastructure. Furthermore, we discuss the impact of international investment on local talent retention and propose a framework for sustainable academic-industry partnerships.
