Central to this transformation is the emergence of specialized roles within the technology sector, most notably that of the UX/UI Designer.

In Western contexts, UX/UI design is often viewed through the lens of optimization and conversion rate improvement. However, in Baghdad, Iraq’s context introduces unique variables: fluctuating internet connectivity, a demographic heavily skewed toward youth (Gen Z), and varying levels of digital literacy.
