At the heart of this transformation lies Dar es Salaam, the commercial capital and primary gateway for trade in East Africa. The city serves as a critical node for regional logistics and industrial production. Central to maintaining the machinery of this economic engine is the skilled workforce, with particular emphasis on trades that ensure structural integrity and manufacturing efficiency.
