Abstract

This paper examines the critical transformation of the electrical sector within Morocco Casablanca, Africa’s economic hub. As urbanization accelerates and renewable energy integration becomes a national priority, the role of the electrician has shifted from traditional maintenance to becoming a key agent in smart grid deployment and energy efficiency compliance. This study analyzes current technical standards, safety protocols, and educational frameworks for electricians in Morocco Casablanca. It argues that upgrading technical training and enforcing stricter regulatory adherence are essential for sustaining economic growth while meeting international sustainability goals.

Morocco Casablanca stands as the commercial heart of the Kingdom, contributing significantly to the nation's GDP through its diverse industrial base, port activities, and service sector. However, this rapid economic expansion places immense pressure on urban infrastructure. Among these systems, electrical infrastructure is perhaps the most vital yet vulnerable component.
