The following report outlines the activities, observations, and learning outcomes acquired during my internship as a Biologist in Sudan Khartoum. Sudan Khartoum, located at the confluence of the Blue and White Niles, presents a unique microcosm for biological study due to its complex hydrology and diverse flora.

The primary objective of this internship was to gain hands-on experience in environmental biology, focusing on water quality assessment and biodiversity monitoring in the Khartoum metropolitan area. As a Biologist, my role involved assisting senior researchers in data collection, laboratory analysis, and field surveys. Sudan Khartoum faces significant environmental challenges including urbanization pressure pollution and climate change impacts.

During the three-month tenure in Sudan Khartoum, my responsibilities were divided into field work laboratory analysis.
