This internship has profoundly shaped my professional identity as a Civil Engineer. Working in Kabul, Afghanistan, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for resilience, resourcefulness, and the human impact of infrastructure. I have learned that engineering is not just about calculations; it is about creating safe spaces for communities to thrive despite adverse conditions.
