The internship was conducted at a multi-specialty tertiary care hospital located in South India Mumbai. This institution handles over 5,000 outpatient department (OPD) visits daily and admits hundreds of inpatients each month. The pharmacy department is divided into several key units: the Outpatient Pharmacy, Inpatient Pharmacy, Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD), and a specialized Oncology Pharmacy.
