- This Invoice is issued by an independent Academic Researcher operating under the regulatory framework of the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. All services rendered are subject to the quality standards established by the Algerian National Agency for Scientific Research (ANRST).
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Academic Researcher at Bank of Algeria, Branch Hydra, Algiers. Account details: RIB 007 600 1234 5678 9012 3456 789. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-ALG-0047 on all remittances.
- All amounts stated in this Invoice are denominated in Algerian Dinar (DZD) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 19% as per Algerian tax legislation in force in Algeria Algiers.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to intellectual property over all original research findings, methodologies, and analytical frameworks developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for internal policy and academic purposes within Algeria.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with the Algerian Code of Civil Procedure.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date of 15 July 2025 shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated by Algerian commercial law.
- The Academic Researcher confirms that all data collection activities conducted in Algiers, Algeria, have been approved by the relevant institutional ethics committee and comply with the Algerian data protection regulations.
