Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is governed by the commercial and civil laws of the Argentine Republic, specifically applicable within the Province of Córdoba. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Banco de la Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110003100000000000001, CUIT: 27-34567890-1, Titular: Dr. Mariana E. Solís Vega. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the stated due date.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to the research findings, data sets, and the final report delivered under this Invoice shall remain the exclusive property of the Academic Researcher, Dr. Mariana E. Solís Vega, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the findings for internal policy purposes within the Province of Córdoba.
- The Academic Researcher confirms that all data collection activities were conducted in strict compliance with Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the ethical guidelines of the University of Córdoba's Research Ethics Committee (CEI-UNC).
- This Invoice constitutes a final settlement for all services rendered during the period specified. No additional charges shall apply unless a formal amendment to Contract No. RC-2025-0112 is executed by both parties.
- The Academic Researcher is registered as a Monotributista (Simplified Tax Regime) with the Argentine Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) and is duly authorized to issue this Invoice for professional services rendered in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina.
Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, the client shall receive a digital copy of the payment receipt within five (5) business days. The Academic Researcher commits to delivering all final deliverables, including the complete research report in both Spanish and English, within ten (10) business days of the full settlement of this Invoice.
