2. All services rendered are subject to the terms outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2025-089) signed between the Academic Researcher and the University of Dhaka Research & Development Division.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to outstanding balances after the due date of 30 June 2025.
4. All research data, manuscripts, and intellectual property generated under this engagement remain the joint property of the Academic Researcher and the client institution, as stipulated in the original contract.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Any services not completed within this period will require a revised Invoice and updated quotation.
6. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to publish anonymized findings from this project in peer-reviewed journals, provided prior written consent is obtained from the University of Dhaka administration.
7. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). This Invoice is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Bangladesh Dhaka.
