Payment Terms & Important Notes
1. This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Academic Researcher's designated account at the National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch (IBAN: EG38 NBEK 0000 1001 2345 6789 0123).
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the commercial provisions applicable to professional services in Egypt Cairo.
3. All research data, manuscripts, and intellectual property generated under this engagement remain the sole property of the Academic Researcher unless otherwise stipulated in a separate written agreement. The client receives a non-exclusive license for internal use within Cairo University Press.
4. This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Egyptian Electronic Invoicing System (EIS) requirements mandated by the Egyptian Tax Authority. A digital copy is available upon request via the official EIS portal.
5. The Academic Researcher confirms that all fieldwork conducted in Egypt Cairo was performed with the necessary ethical clearances from the Institutional Review Board and in full adherence to the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regulations.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Cairo, in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
