Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Articles L441-1 et seq.) and applies to all professional services rendered by the undersigned Academic Researcher operating from France Marseille.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate (taux d'intérêt légal) plus a penalty of 1.50% per month.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Academic Researcher in an independent capacity. No employment relationship is created by this engagement.
- Intellectual property rights in all research outputs, manuscripts, and data generated under this Invoice remain the property of the client institution, Université Aix-Marseille, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille, France Marseille.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable regulatory changes in France.
