Notes and Terms of This Invoice
This invoice is issued by an independent Academic Researcher operating in Munich, Germany, in accordance with the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB) and applicable tax regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. All services described herein were rendered in the capacity of a qualified Academic Researcher engaged in scholarly inquiry, experimental investigation, and knowledge dissemination.
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate, in compliance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
All research outputs, including data sets, manuscripts, and experimental records produced by the Academic Researcher under this engagement, remain the intellectual property of the commissioning institution unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite and reference the work in future academic publications in Munich and internationally.
This invoice is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Munich, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The Academic Researcher confirms that all services were performed in full compliance with the German Copyright Act (Urheberrechtsgesetz) and data protection regulations (GDPR / DSGVO).
