All services rendered under this Invoice were conducted within the geographical and administrative boundaries of Baghdad, Iraq.
The Academic Researcher confirms that all research methodologies, data collection procedures, and publication standards comply with the ethical guidelines established by the Iraqi National Research Ethics Committee (NREC) and international academic standards.
Payment of this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Baghdad, Branch Al-Jadriya, Account Name: Dr. Ahmad Khalid Al-Rashid, IBAN: IQ98 BOBA 0001 2345 6789 0123 4567.
This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the issue date. Late payments beyond the due date of 15 July 2025 shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Iraqi commercial regulations applicable to Baghdad-based service contracts.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Academic Researcher services rendered in Baghdad, Iraq, under Contract No. MHESR/RD/2025/1189.
2. All intellectual property rights associated with the research outputs described in this Invoice shall be jointly held by the Academic Researcher and the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Baghdad, Iraq, as stipulated in the original service agreement.
3. The Academic Researcher reserves the right to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, provided that the client is given a minimum of thirty (30) days prior notice before submission.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with Iraqi civil and commercial law.
5. This Invoice is subject to audit by the Iraqi General Commission for Auditing (GCA) in accordance with federal regulations governing government expenditures in Baghdad and all Iraqi governorates.
