Terms, Conditions, and Notes
- Payment Terms: Full payment of the total invoice amount of € 23,485.00 is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account details provided below.

- Late Payment: In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2002 (Codice della Crisi d'Impresa e dell'Insolvenza), a late payment interest rate of 8% per annum shall apply to any outstanding balance after the due date. Additionally, a fixed compensation cost of € 40.00 may be charged for recovery of late payments.
- Scope of Work: All academic research services described in this invoice were performed by the undersigned Academic Researcher in compliance with the ethical standards of the Italian National Research Council (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche — CNR) and the institutional guidelines of the University of Rome “La Sapienza.”
- Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this invoice, all deliverables including research reports, transcriptions, translations, and annotated documents shall become the exclusive property of the client, Fondazione Culturale Mediterranea S.r.l. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite the project in future academic publications with prior written consent from the client.
- Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary data, unpublished manuscripts, and internal project information accessed during the course of this engagement in Rome, Italy.
- Governing Law: This invoice and the services rendered are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma, Italy.
