Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Layla Al-Mubarak, a qualified Academic Researcher operating in Kuwait, Kuwait City, in accordance with the terms of Contract No. KISR-ARC-2025-112. The following conditions govern the payment and acceptance of this Invoice:
- Payment of the full amount stated on this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Kuwaiti commercial law.
- All services rendered by the Academic Researcher during the period of 1 January 2025 to 31 May 2025 have been completed to the satisfaction of the supervising committee at the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research in Kuwait City. No further revisions or amendments are included in this Invoice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Kuwait, Account Name: Dr. Layla Al-Mubarak, Account Number: 004-5567-8901, SWIFT: BKWKKWKW. Please reference Invoice No. KWT-ARC-2025-0047 on all remittances.
- The Academic Researcher retains full intellectual property rights over all methodologies, analytical frameworks, and unpublished data generated during this engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client institution in Kuwait City receives a non-exclusive license to use the published findings for internal research and policy purposes.
- This Invoice is subject to the VAT regulations of the State of Kuwait. The 5% VAT applied is in compliance with the Kuwait VAT Law (Law No. 12 of 2023). A tax receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City, Kuwait, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all fees and expenses incurred by the Academic Researcher for the referenced project. No additional charges will be levied beyond the amounts specified herein.
