Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Academic Researcher in accordance with the Service Agreement dated 1 March 2025 between the parties for research services rendered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment of the full amount stated in this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as per Malaysian commercial practice.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Academic Researcher in full compliance with the Malaysian Research Integrity Office (MRO) guidelines and the ethical standards of the Malaysian Association of Researchers.
- The Academic Researcher retains all intellectual property rights over methodologies, analytical frameworks, and proprietary tools developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the final research outputs for academic and policy purposes within Malaysia Kuala Lumpur and internationally.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation under the Malaysian Mediation Centre, Kuala Lumpur, before any litigation is commenced in the courts of Malaysia.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Academic Researcher reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable Malaysian tax regulations have changed.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Invoice shall be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
