Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the research services agreement between the Academic Researcher (Dr. Aung Kyaw Min) and the Myanmar Development Foundation, registered under Myanmar corporate law. All services were performed in Myanmar Yangon and its immediate administrative jurisdiction.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the original contract.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Academic Researcher's designated account at the Yangon International Bank, Branch: Kyauktada, Myanmar Yangon. Account details are provided on the reverse of this Invoice document.
- All intellectual property rights pertaining to the research findings, reports, and data generated by the Academic Researcher during the engagement period remain with the Academic Researcher unless otherwise specified in a separate licensing agreement. The client retains the right to use the final report for internal program planning in Myanmar Yangon.
- This Invoice is subject to the tax regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The withholding tax deduction of 2% has been applied as required by the Myanmar Revenue Department for professional services rendered by an Academic Researcher.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through mediation in Myanmar Yangon before escalation to the Yangon District Court, in accordance with Myanmar civil procedure law.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Academic Researcher services rendered during the contract period. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment to the original agreement is executed by both parties.
