Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the prevailing tax regulations of the Inland Revenue Department of Nepal and the service agreement dated 1 Baisakh 2082 between the Academic Researcher and Nepal Institute of Development Studies.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the Income Tax Act of Nepal.
- All academic research deliverables, including raw data, code, and final reports, shall remain the intellectual property of the commissioning organization unless otherwise stated in the service contract.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to publish anonymized findings in peer-reviewed journals after obtaining written consent from NIDS, in line with Nepal Kathmandu academic ethics guidelines.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu under the Arbitration Act, 2055 (1998) of Nepal.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be generated to reflect any applicable tax rate changes.
