Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Academic Researcher operating within the jurisdiction of Pakistan Karachi, Sindh Province. All services described herein are rendered in accordance with the academic and professional standards established by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan and the University of Karachi research ethics guidelines.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to Meezan Bank, Karachi Main Branch, Account No. 0045-8821-3377-9912, IBAN: PK36MEZN0045882133779912. Cheques payable to "Dr. Ayesha Khan, Academic Researcher."
- Payment Due: Full payment of this Invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at 2% per month as per Pakistan Karachi commercial practice.
- Intellectual Property: All research data, manuscripts, and analytical outputs produced by the Academic Researcher under this engagement shall remain the joint property of the client institution and the researcher, as stipulated in the signed Service Agreement dated 01 March 2025.
- Revisions: Two rounds of revision on manuscripts and one round on the grant proposal are included. Additional revisions will be billed at PKR 25,000 per hour.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan regulations. The Academic Researcher is registered under NTN 4120587-3. A copy of this Invoice must be retained for the client's tax filing purposes.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 of Pakistan.
