INVOICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Invoice is issued by Dr. Sarah Al-Mansouri, a credentialed Academic Researcher based in Qatar Doha, in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement (Ref: QF-RI-2025-0089) executed on 20 December 2024 between the parties.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in compliance with Qatar commercial law.
- All Academic Researcher services described in this Invoice were conducted in full compliance with the Qatar National Research Ethics Committee guidelines and the institutional review board requirements of Qatar University, Doha.
- The Academic Researcher retains full intellectual property rights over all original research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and unpublished data generated during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for internal institutional purposes within Qatar Doha.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Academic Researcher reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated terms or to initiate collection proceedings.
- All communications regarding this Invoice should be directed to the Academic Researcher at the contact details provided above, or to the Qatar Foundation Office of Research and Innovation in Doha.
