- This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date via bank transfer to the account of the Academic Researcher as detailed below. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Senegalese commercial law.

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final reports and publications for internal institutional purposes within Senegal Dakar and the broader West African region.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Senegalese Code of Obligations and Contracts (Code des Obligations et des Contrats).
- This Invoice is issued in compliance with the tax regulations of the Direction Générale des Impôts et Domaines (DGID) of Senegal. A duplicate copy may be requested by contacting the Academic Researcher directly.
