3. All intellectual property developed specifically for Meridian Biotech under this Invoice engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Background intellectual property of the Academic Researcher remains the sole property of the researcher.
4. This Invoice is governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
5. The Academic Researcher confirms compliance with all applicable Singapore Singapore regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2012, the Employment Act, and the relevant tax obligations administered by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Singapore.
