- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the research services agreement (Contract No. UJ-ORI-2025-0118) signed between the Academic Researcher and the University of Johannesburg on 12 January 2025.
- All research data collected during this engagement remains the intellectual property of the University of Johannesburg, with the Academic Researcher retaining rights to publish findings in peer-reviewed academic journals with prior written consent.
- The research methodology and ethical protocols followed in compliance with the South African National Research Ethics Committee (SAREC) guidelines and the University of Johannesburg's Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements.
- Fieldwork was conducted in full adherence to the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013, of the Republic of South Africa. All participant data has been anonymised and stored on encrypted institutional servers in Johannesburg.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for the academic research services described herein. No further charges will be incurred unless a formal change order is executed in writing by both parties.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. The University of Johannesburg is requested to process payment through the Office of Research & Innovation's dedicated research funding disbursement channel.
- Dr. Mokoena is a registered Academic Researcher operating from Johannesburg, Gauteng, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved in the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.
