Terms and Conditions
- This invoice is issued by Dr. Elena Martínez Vidal, an Academic Researcher operating as a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Barcelona, Spain, and is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004).
- All academic research services described herein were conducted in full compliance with the ethical standards of the Universitat de Barcelona and the applicable research ethics guidelines of the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
