Notes, Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) regulations governing the documentation of professional services rendered by an Academic Researcher operating within the jurisdiction of Spain Madrid.
- All services described herein were performed by the undersigned Academic Researcher in her capacity as an independent contracted researcher. The Academic Researcher retains full intellectual property rights over original methodologies and analytical frameworks developed during the engagement, while the client (CSIC) receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the published findings for non-commercial academic purposes within Spain Madrid and the broader European research community.
- The VAT (IVA) rate of 21% applied on this Invoice is the standard rate applicable in Spain Madrid for professional and academic services as per the Spanish General Tax Law (Ley General Tributaria) and the VAT Law (Ley 37/1992 del IVA).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil and commercial law.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period January 2025 to June 2025. No additional fees shall be incurred unless a written amendment to the original research contract is executed by both parties.
