Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by an independent Academic Researcher operating as a self-employed professional (autónomo) registered with the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria) in the province of Valencia, Spain Valencia. All services described herein were performed in compliance with the applicable Spanish labour and tax legislation.
2. The Academic Researcher confirms that all intellectual property rights arising from the research activities described in this Invoice shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and the Client, as stipulated in the original research collaboration agreement dated 15 December 2024 (Ref: UPV-2024-CA-089).
3. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate established by the Spanish Government for the corresponding period, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 4/2013 on measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions.
4. The VAT (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) rate of 21% applied on this Invoice is the standard rate applicable in Spain Valencia and throughout the Kingdom of Spain. No reduced or exempt rate applies to these professional research services.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final settlement for all services rendered by the Academic Researcher during the period January 2025 through June 2025 under Project Ref UPV-2025-AR-112. No additional charges shall be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a formal amendment to the scope of work is executed in writing by both parties.
6. The Academic Researcher warrants that all data, analyses, and publications produced under this engagement were conducted with full academic integrity, adherence to ethical research standards, and compliance with the data protection regulations of the European Union (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
