Invoice Notes & Terms of Service
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Academic Researcher in full compliance with the Sudanese Ministry of Finance regulations governing professional service billing in Khartoum.
- Payment of the full amount of 436,590 Sudanese Pounds (SDG) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
- All research data, publications, and intellectual property generated under this engagement remain the joint property of the Academic Researcher and the Sudanese National Research Council, as outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 10 January 2025.
- The Academic Researcher warrants that all fieldwork conducted in Sudan Khartoum was performed with full ethical clearance and informed consent from all participants, in accordance with the 2023 Sudanese Research Ethics Guidelines.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: Bank of Khartoum, Account Name: Dr. Amal Ibrahim Hassan, Account No.: 0045-7821-3390-112, Branch: El-Dur, Khartoum. Alternatively, cash payment may be arranged at the University of Khartoum Administration Office.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any disputes regarding the services described herein shall be resolved through the University of Khartoum Dispute Resolution Panel in Khartoum, Sudan.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to publish anonymized findings from this research in peer-reviewed journals, provided that the client is duly acknowledged as the funding body.
