This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice covers all professional services rendered by the Academic Researcher, Dr. Ananya Rattanakul, in connection with Project TBU-RES-2025-012, conducted within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area between January 2025 and June 2025.
2. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to research data, analytical models, manuscripts, and presentation materials, shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and the Thailand Bangkok University Research Institute as per the executed Memorandum of Understanding dated 5 January 2025.
3. The Academic Researcher confirms that all fieldwork conducted in Thailand Bangkok was performed in full compliance with the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) ethical guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the issue date. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand Bangkok in accordance with Thai law.
5. The Academic Researcher acknowledges receipt of the project brief and confirms that all deliverables described in this Invoice have been completed to the satisfaction of the project director and are ready for final institutional review.
