Payment Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code (Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Finance. All amounts are denominated in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to the tax provisions in force in Turkey Ankara as of the date of issue.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Academic Researcher within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. The designated bank account is: Ziraat Bankası, Ankara Çankaya Branch, IBAN: TR12 0001 0000 1234 5678 9012 34, Account Holder: Dr. Elif Kaya.
3. In the event of late payment, a statutory interest rate of 5% per annum shall be applied in accordance with Article 30 of the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights and the general provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations.
4. The Academic Researcher warrants that all services described in this Invoice have been performed with due professional diligence, in full compliance with the ethical guidelines of the Turkish Society of Research Ethics (TÜBİTAK-ETHİK) and the academic integrity standards recognized across Turkey Ankara universities.
5. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the research outputs, data sets, and analytical models generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Academic Researcher and the client institution, as stipulated in the original Service Agreement (Ref: SA-ANK-2025-019) dated 10 January 2025.
6. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the services listed herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Ankara, Turkey.
