Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date, no later than 15 July 2025. Payment shall be made via international wire transfer (SWIFT) to the following account held in Turkey Istanbul:

Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Turkish Accounting Law (6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu) and the relevant regulations of the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) for professional services rendered by an independent Academic Researcher operating in Turkey Istanbul.
2. All research data collected during the service period remains the intellectual property of the client, Meridian Global Research Foundation, as stipulated in the executed Service Agreement dated 20 February 2025. The Academic Researcher retains the right to cite anonymized, aggregate findings in future peer-reviewed publications with prior written consent from the client.
3. The Academic Researcher confirms that all fieldwork was conducted in full compliance with the ethical guidelines of the Istanbul University Research Ethics Committee (İstanbul Üniversitesi Etik Kurulu) and the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants provided informed written consent.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice shall be considered void and must be reissued.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the governing law clause of the Service Agreement.
