- This Invoice represents the final billing for the academic research engagement contracted between Whitfield Research Associates LLC and Lakefront Innovation Institute for the period of March 3, 2025 through June 10, 2025.
- All services were performed by a qualified Academic Researcher holding a Ph.D. in Urban Studies from the University of Chicago, with over fifteen years of professional experience in the United States Chicago research community.
- The Academic Researcher warrants that all data, analyses, and written deliverables contained in the final report are original work, free from plagiarism, and conducted in accordance with the ethical guidelines of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
- Intellectual property rights to the final research report and all associated data sets are transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice, as outlined in Section 7 of the master service agreement.
- Should the client require additional revisions, supplementary analyses, or extended fieldwork beyond the scope defined in this Invoice, a separate change order and supplemental Invoice will be issued prior to commencement of any additional work.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States Chicago metropolitan area, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The Academic Researcher reserves the right to cite the project in professional portfolios, conference presentations, and academic publications, provided that the client's name and institutional affiliation are used with prior written consent.
