Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice, no later than July 15, 2025.
- Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, ACH electronic funds transfer, or certified check payable to Whitfield Research Associates, San Francisco, CA.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) in accordance with California Commercial Code Section 2310, applicable to all commercial transactions within the United States, San Francisco jurisdiction.
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) guidelines for self-employed Academic Researchers operating as sole proprietors in the State of California.
