Terms, Conditions, and Important Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the regulations governing professional services rendered by Academic Researchers in Tashkent and throughout Uzbekistan.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 0.1% per day as stipulated in the research collaboration agreement.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Academic Researcher Dr. Aziz Karimov in his capacity as a contracted research professional based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Academic Researcher retains all intellectual property rights to original research findings unless otherwise specified in the master agreement.
- The withholding tax of 5% has been deducted in compliance with Article 287 of the Tax Code of Uzbekistan, applicable to payments made to individual Academic Researchers providing professional services within the territory of Uzbekistan.
- Should any discrepancy be identified in this Invoice, the client is requested to notify the Academic Researcher in writing within ten (10) business days of receipt. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice as presented.
- This Invoice does not constitute a final settlement. Additional services rendered after the due date will be documented in a supplementary Invoice issued separately.
- All research data, publications, and deliverables referenced in this Invoice are subject to the data protection and academic confidentiality protocols established by the Uzbekistan National Research Council and applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
