Payment Terms & Notes Regarding This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement signed on 10 January 2025 between the Academic Researcher (Dr. T.M. Moyo) and the Harare Research & Development Institute.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwean commercial law.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer to: CBZ Bank, Harare Main Branch, Account Name: Dr. Tendai M. Moyo, Account No: 0045-7821-3390, Branch Code: 400001.
- All services rendered by the Academic Researcher were conducted in full compliance with the Zimbabwe National Research Ethics Committee (ZimREC) guidelines and the University of Zimbabwe research integrity policy.
- This Invoice covers all professional services, materials, and reasonable expenses incurred during the project period. No additional charges will be levied beyond the amounts stated herein.
- The Academic Researcher retains full intellectual property rights over the research methodology and analytical frameworks developed, while the client retains ownership of the final published findings and data sets.
