Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice represents the final accounting for all Accountant services rendered during the billing period. No additional charges shall apply unless a written amendment is agreed upon by both parties.
2. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date specified on this Invoice.
3. All services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified and licensed Accountant registered with the Afghanistan Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and are subject to the professional standards and ethical codes of that body.
4. The Accountant shall maintain strict confidentiality over all financial data, records, and information pertaining to the client's business operations in Afghanistan Kabul. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or regulatory authority.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Accountant reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in Kabul, Afghanistan, in accordance with the commercial laws of Afghanistan.
7. The Accountant is not liable for any penalties, fines, or interest imposed by the Afghanistan Revenue Authority resulting from information provided by the client that is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
