- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Court or through arbitration as agreed upon in the master service contract dated 01 January 2024.
- This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document under the Commercial Code of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 286/2002, as amended). The Accountant reserves the right to suspend services upon non-payment beyond the due date.
