This Invoice has been prepared by the undersigned Accountant in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted in Nigeria and the guidelines of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
All accounting services rendered under this Invoice were performed at our Lagos office and at the client's premises in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. The Accountant confirms that all figures have been verified against source documents and bank statements.
Please note that the Withholding Tax of 5% has been deducted at source as required by the FIRS. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the tax authority within the stipulated period. A Tax Credit Note will be issued upon confirmation of payment to FIRS.
This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any queries regarding the line items or calculations should be directed to the Lead Accountant within 7 working days of receipt.

1. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
2. All services rendered by the Accountant are subject to the confidentiality clause outlined in the master service agreement dated 01 January 2025. No information contained in this Invoice or the underlying work papers shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
3. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of charges for the services rendered during the specified period. Any additional services requested outside the scope of the engagement will be invoiced separately.
4. The Accountant reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment beyond the due date. All work in progress shall be held until the outstanding balance is settled in full.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
6. The Accountant is not liable for any penalties, fines, or interest imposed by the FIRS or CAC arising from information provided by the client that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
