Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued by Harbour Point Accounting & Advisory (Pty) Ltd, a registered professional Accountant firm operating in South Africa Cape Town, in accordance with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) Code of Professional Conduct.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated on a daily basis, as permitted under the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
3. All services rendered by the Accountant are subject to the engagement letter dated 1 March 2025 (Ref: HPA-ENG-2025-0112). Any additional services not covered by this Invoice will be billed separately upon completion.
4. The Accountant reserves the right to suspend services if payment of this Invoice is not received by the due date. No liability shall be accepted for any penalties, interest, or adverse tax consequences arising from late filing or non-compliance due to non-payment.
5. All financial information and documents provided to the Accountant in South Africa Cape Town are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013.
6. This Invoice constitutes a valid tax document for the purposes of the Income Tax Act 58 of 1962 and the Value-Added Tax Act 89 of 1991. The client may claim the VAT portion as an input tax credit subject to the provisions of the VAT Act.
7. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the services described herein shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
