Payment Terms & Instructions
This invoice is issued in accordance with the acting engagement agreement dated 28 February 2025 between the undersigned Actor and Sunshine Coast Pictures Pty Ltd for the production of "River City Justice" and associated projects in Brisbane, Australia.
- Payment Due: Full payment of $53,152.00 AUD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, no later than 14 July 2025.
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (EFT) to the account below. Cheques are not accepted.

- Late Payment: In the event of non-payment by the due date, interest will accrue at the rate of 10% per annum in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms of the engagement contract.
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding this invoice must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt. All acting services listed herein have been completed and accepted by the production team.
Additional Notes
This invoice covers all acting and performance services rendered by the undersigned Actor in the city of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, during the period of March 2025 through June 2025. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Actor's professional fees, wardrobe consultation, and on-set preparation time. Travel within the Greater Brisbane metropolitan area is included in the daily rates. Any travel beyond a 50-kilometre radius from Brisbane City Centre would be billed separately at the standard ACT (Australian Council of Trade Unions) rate.
The Actor confirms that all performances were delivered in full compliance with the conditions set out in the engagement agreement, including adherence to the shooting schedule, call times, and creative direction provided by the director and production team. The Actor further confirms that no additional overtime, stunt work, or special effects coordination was required beyond what is itemised above.
This invoice is issued under the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) regime. The Actor is registered for GST purposes with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and the 10% GST component is included in the total amount due. A tax invoice is provided in accordance with Section 28-15 of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
