Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor in accordance with the signed Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025 between the parties. All services described herein were performed in Australia Melbourne, Victoria, and are subject to Australian taxation law, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10% as administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).

Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for Actor services rendered in Australia Melbourne. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Actor's professional expertise, on-set conduct, and contractual obligations as outlined in the master Service Agreement.
2. The Actor warrants that all performance services were delivered in a professional and workmanlike manner, in compliance with all applicable Australian workplace health and safety regulations, including those enforced by Safe Work Australia and the Victorian WorkSafe Authority.
3. Intellectual property rights in the Actor's performance, voice recordings, and promotional appearances remain subject to the licensing terms specified in Section 7 of the Service Agreement. This Invoice does not transfer any additional rights beyond those already granted.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia Melbourne, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
5. The Actor is a sole-trader entity registered for GST purposes in Australia. This Invoice is issued in compliance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
