Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the terms set forth in the executed Actor Services Agreement between the parties.
Late payments will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, as permitted under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission guidelines for small business debt collection in Sydney, Australia.

This Invoice has been issued by the undersigned Actor, James Alexander Whitfield, in his capacity as an independent performance artist and contractor operating within the state of New South Wales, Australia Sydney metropolitan area. All services described herein were rendered in full compliance with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) industry standards, the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Australia code of conduct, and the relevant provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
The Actor confirms that all performance rights, intellectual property assignments, and usage permissions referenced in Line Item 06 are governed by the separate Talent Usage Agreement (Ref: TUA-2025-0034) executed on 15 May 2025 in Sydney, Australia. This Invoice does not supersede or amend any clause of that Agreement.
Should the Client require a duplicate copy of this Invoice, a revised Invoice reflecting any approved change orders, or a detailed itemised breakdown of the travel and accommodation expenses listed in Line Item 05, please contact the Actor's management office at the address and email provided above. All correspondence regarding this Invoice should reference the Invoice number INV-2025-04871 to ensure accurate processing.
The Actor and the Client acknowledge that this transaction is subject to the tax laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) administered by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). The Actor is registered for GST purposes under ABN 45 123 456 789 and is entitled to charge the applicable 10% GST on all taxable supplies of services rendered in Australia Sydney.
