Terms & Conditions – Actor Services Invoice
- This invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor, Arif Rahman Chowdhury, operating under Dhaka Stage Arts Collective, registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for professional acting and performance services rendered to Meghna Film Productions Ltd.
- All actor performance fees listed in this invoice are exclusive of VAT (15%) and Service Tax (3%) as mandated by the National Board of Revenue, Bangladesh. These taxes have been calculated and included in the grand total.
- Payment of this invoice is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial law.
- The actor reserves all intellectual property rights over original performance interpretations, vocal deliveries, and creative contributions unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
- Any additional actor retakes, extended shooting schedules, or unplanned production delays in Dhaka or elsewhere in Bangladesh beyond the agreed shooting calendar will be billed separately at the rates specified in this invoice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided below. Cheques must be drawn in favor of "Arif Rahman Chowdhury" and deposited at the designated branch in Dhaka.
- This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the actor reserves the right to re-evaluate the outstanding balance and applicable interest.
- All disputes arising from this invoice shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
