Notes & Terms of Service
1. This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor, Alexander J. Vandermeersch, operating as a self-employed performing artist registered in the Belgium Brussels region. All services described herein were performed in the capacity of a professional Actor under the terms of the engagement contract dated 15 March 2025 (Contract Ref: TRC-2025-089).
2. The Actor retains full intellectual property rights over all original character interpretations, vocal performances, and creative contributions made during the engagement. The client, Théâtre Royal de la Capitale S.A., is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use recorded performances for promotional purposes within Belgium Brussels for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of this Invoice.
3. All services were rendered in compliance with the Belgian Labour Code and the specific regulations governing performing arts professionals in the Brussels-Capital Region. The Actor is responsible for his own social security contributions (ONSS) and professional liability insurance.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete settlement for all Actor services rendered during the period specified above. No additional charges shall be incurred unless a written amendment to the original contract is executed by both parties.
5. In the event of any dispute arising from this Invoice or the underlying services, the parties agree that the competent courts of Belgium Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, in accordance with Belgian civil and commercial law.
