Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Canadian Income Tax Act and the Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) regulations. The total amount of $42,827.20 CAD is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, no later than July 12, 2025. Payment may be remitted via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the following account:

Notes & Additional Information
1. This Invoice covers all Actor services rendered by James Alexander Whitfield for the production "Northern Lights" during the period of April 21, 2025, through May 30, 2025, all performed within the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.
2. The Actor is a registered member of ACTRA (Association of Canadian Television and Radio Artists) and all applicable union rates and residuals have been calculated in accordance with the current ACTRA collective agreement for feature film productions in Canada.
3. All on-set work was conducted in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Toronto municipal filming permit regulations. The Actor's performance bond and liability insurance were maintained throughout the engagement period.
4. Voice-over recordings were made in Canadian English (General Eastern Dialect) as specified in the production's creative brief. All audio assets remain the intellectual property of Maple Leaf Productions Inc. upon full settlement of this Invoice.
5. Should any additional Actor services be required for post-production reshoots, pick-up shots, or promotional appearances in Toronto or elsewhere in Canada, a supplementary Invoice will be issued separately with updated rates.
6. This document serves as the official financial record for the Actor's engagement and may be submitted to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as supporting documentation for both the Actor's self-employment income reporting and the production company's deductible business expense claims.
