Invoice Terms & Conditions — Actor Services in Canada Vancouver
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Actor, James Alexander Morrison, for professional performance services rendered to Pacific Northwest Studios Inc. within the Canada Vancouver region. All services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the executed Talent Agreement dated February 1, 2025, and in compliance with the regulations of the British Columbia Film Commission and the Canada Vancouver entertainment industry standards.
- Payment Due: The full amount of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- Payment Method: Payment shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Actor's registered business account in Canada Vancouver, or by certified cheque mailed to the address listed above.
- Actor Rights: The Actor retains all moral rights to the performance as outlined under the Copyright Act of Canada. The production company is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Actor's likeness and performance solely for the specified production.
- Canada Vancouver Jurisdiction: This Invoice and all associated agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada Vancouver. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, BC.
- Rescheduling: Should the production schedule change, the Actor reserves the right to rebook dates with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Cancellations by the client within 48 hours of a scheduled performance will result in a 50% fee being charged on the affected day's rate as stated in this Invoice.
- Tax Compliance: All applicable taxes, including GST and PST as applicable in Canada Vancouver, have been calculated and included in this Invoice. The Actor is registered in good standing with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
- Disputes: Any questions or disputes regarding this Invoice should be directed to the Actor's management office in Canada Vancouver within fifteen (15) business days of the Invoice date. Failure to respond will be considered acceptance of the Invoice terms.
