Terms and Conditions – Invoice for Actor Services in China Beijing
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the contractual agreement (Contract No. GD-FA-2025-0119) between Beijing Starlight Performing Arts Agency Co., Ltd. and Golden Dragon Film & Television Production Group for the provision of professional Actor services in connection with the production of the feature film "Whispers of the Capital," to be filmed primarily in China Beijing.
- Payment: The full amount stated on this Invoice shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account specified below within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
- Tax Compliance: All tax obligations, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable 6% rate for cultural and artistic services in China Beijing, and the 10% withholding tax on foreign Actor income as mandated by the State Taxation Administration, have been calculated and are reflected in this Invoice. The client is responsible for the withholding tax deduction prior to remittance.
- Actor Work Permit: The Actor engaged under this Invoice holds a valid Foreign Expert Certificate (Z Visa) and a Work Permit for Foreigners issued by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. All compliance documentation is on file with the issuing agency in China Beijing.
- Performance Standards: The Actor shall fulfill all obligations as outlined in the production schedule, including a minimum of 12 principal shooting days, 5 rehearsal days, and 4 promotional appearances. Any additional days or services beyond the scope of this Invoice shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary Invoice.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) in China Beijing, in accordance with its then-current arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Invoice, the Actor's compensation, and all production details. Unauthorized disclosure shall result in liquidated damages as specified in the master service agreement.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated production halts, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in China Beijing.
